• Traveling to Canada requires a valid passport for the duration of your stay. 
• Motor Coach Will be Picking up and Departing  in Philadelphia, PA  Those who are attending should be at the Pickup location at 7:30am June 27th, 2025 
• This trip is a LAND ONLY trip (if you are not in the surrounding areas of Philadelphia,PA) meaning you are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers. The airport you should fly into is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). You should purchase your flight to depart from the US on June 27th, 2025 and arrive in Toronto on June 27th , 2025 before 4 PM for hotel check-in. Our group’s hotel check out date is June 29th, 2025. You should make pay close attention to these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
• Men and teens are welcome to attend this event at the same price. 
• Credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals. 
• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at [email protected]
• If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify J&J Travel Co. And Breathless Destination  of all email address changes.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
• All of your payments to J&J Travel Co. and Breathless Destination are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• A valid passport/DL/ TrueID is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

• You are responsible to keep J&J Travel and Breathless Destination informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
