Core Packages: $500 deposit per person. Monthly auto pay installments. Final payment due 30 days prior to departure.
Elite Packages: $1000 deposit per couple. 2-3 structured installments. Final payment due 45 days prior to departure.
Yes. Couples and groups are seated together whenever possible. Please note your travel companions during checkout, and we will coordinate seating accordingly.
Final departure times and pickup locations will be communicated approximately 14 days before the trip. Plan for an early afternoon departure on Saturday, February 14.
Yes. Single occupancy pricing is available for Core Packages. Elite Packages are priced per person at double occupancy rates.
Solo travelers are welcome and will be seated with the group during motorcoach travel and matched with roommates when possible (or may request single hotel occupancy at an additional cost).
Upgrades are limited and based on availability. If you think you might want to upgrade, we recommend booking your preferred package from the start.
Package upgrades may incur administrative fees and are not guaranteed after initial booking.
